Desprendimientos, fisuras en los revestimientos y grietas que sí pueden dañar la estructura, son los daños constantes que presentan importantes recintos de la capital poblana, como los museos José Luis Bello y González y Casa de Alfeñique y San Pedro Museo de Arte.
En el documento Resultado,elaborado con base en la inspección física de daños en museos del estado de Puebla, causados por el sismo de magnitud 7.1 del 19 de septiembre –cuya copia está en poder de La Jornada–, se detalla el estado arquitectónico de 18 museos pertenecientes al gobierno local.
En 15 páginas se explica que el día 20 de septiembre de 2017 se realizó inspección física conjuntamente con personal de Museos de Puebla y de Patrimonio de la Secretaría de Cultura y Turismo, con la finalidad de detectar posibles daños en la estructura de 18 inmuebles
.
El listado incluye la Casa de la Cultura Puebla, los museos Regional de Cholula, de Arte Popular Santa Rosa, del Ejército y Fuerza Aérea Mexicana, Casa de Alfeñique y San Pedro Museo de arte.
Asimismo, los museos de la Evolución de Puebla, el José Luis Bello y González, el Interactivo 5 de Mayo y el Regional de la Revolución Mexicana.
Se añaden los museos de la Constancia
: Caserío Alto Jardín de Niños, Casa de Títeres Marionetas Mexicanas, Infantil, Casa de Música de Viena, Música Mexicana Rafael Tovar y de Teresa, Calpanerias (Bodegas), del Automóvil de Puebla y el Fonoteca y Fototeca (La Fonoteca Vicente T. Mendoza y la Fototeca Juan C. Méndez).
Cierre parcial del Museo Regional de la Revolución Mexicana
Los museos Casa de Alfeñique, Bello y González y San Pedro Museo de Arte son, sin duda, los más afectados tras el sismo de magnitud 7.1 del pasado 19 de septiembre que ocurrió a las 13 horas con 14 minutos.
En el Museo Casa del Alfeñique (4 Oriente 416) se observan fisuras en muros del primer piso, daño estructural en losa de entrepiso, azotea y elementos arquitectónicos en el segundo piso; mientras, en el tercer piso hay también fisuras y daño estructural en muros con desprendimiento evidente de hasta dos centímetros
.
La fachada sufrió daño estructural y el muro de la fachada que da hacia la 6 Norte está desprendido de la losa de azotea y de la losa de entrepiso, mientras la losa de entrepiso de cuerpo ubicado sobre la calle 6 Norte presenta daño estructural, ya que se aprecia desprendimiento del muro en su lado más largo; y la losa de azotea tiene daño estructural notando inclinación hacia las calles 6 Norte y 4 Oriente.
El elemento ornamental que remata el balcón de la esquina en su último nivel presenta grieta y en la losa del balcón con posible colapso
, se destaca.
El San Pedro Museo de Arte (4 Norte 203), en la sala 2, planta alta, se colapsó un tramo de aproximadamente 2.50 por 1.50 metros de la losa de bóveda de cañón
, además de que se detectaron fisuras del revestimiento y grietas con posible daño estructural en muros; mientras, en la planta baja se detectaron fisuras del revestimiento y grietas con posible daño estructural en muros
, así como fisuras y desprendimientos de piezas en fachada.
El Museo José Luis Bello y González (3 Poniente 302) presenta grietas en los muros
en el acceso principal, además de otras en los de la parte superior de los vanos de las puertas hacia las losas superiores
. La escalera principal está fuera de servicio; tiene el riesgo de caerse un domo de vitral, pues presentó vencimientos con el temblor del 7 de septiembre y con el movimiento del sismo del 19 de septiembre, se aprecian desplazamientos de piezas del vitral y mayores vencimientos; asimismo, la cornisa donde se encuentra apoyado el domo, presenta grietas
.
Además, en el cubo de la escalera trasera al fondo se observa una grieta en sentido diagonal que repite en primer y segundo niveles
; una curvatura en muro inusual que se pronunció más después de este sismo
; losa de entrepiso del segundo y tercer nivel presenta piezas rotas
, y la cornisa hacia la 3 Poniente y 3 Sur a lo largo del inmueble presenta fisuras y aparenta desprendimientos
.
En el Museo Regional de la Revolución Mexicana (6 Oriente 216) hay fisuras en muros que son superficiales
, pero en otros son más profundas
en diferentes salas que en conjunto ameritaron el cierre parcial.
Se repiten daños de 1999 en la Biblioteca Palafoxiana
En la Casa de la Cultura (5 Oriente 5) se practicó una revisión a espacios emblemáticos, como la Biblioteca Palafoxiana que en el acceso principal presenta desprendimiento de piezas de estuco de ornamentación y una grieta a lo largo de la bóveda, así como fisuras en ojivales y ventanas; es el mismo sitio que se dañó con el temblor de 1999.
En el taller de restauración la columna que sostiene el tapanco de madera se desfasó de su eje, además de que hay fisuras en el revestimiento de muros
; en la sala Tesoros de la Catedral hay fisura a lo largo del muro y en piso, además de que dos vigas de madera se observan con daño a la mitad y en la cocina módulo de turismo –que mandó instalar Jorge Alberto Lozoya– hay una fisura a todo lo ancho de la bóveda. En las salas Rodríguez Alconedo, Fernando Ramírez Osorio, Erasto Cortés Juárez y Pablo Loreto hay desprendimientos de losa sostenida por vigas de madera y grieta en muros.
En el Museo de Arte Popular Santa Rosa (14 Poniente 305) hay daños, de inicio, en la barda perimetral sobre la calle 14 poniente
con fragmentos desprendidos y otros a punto de caer. En las salas como Ambulatorio de la planta alta hay fisuras sobre muros, vano de ventana y en cabezales de vigas, y en la de Tribuna, ubicada junto a la cúpula del templo, existen fisuras en la bóveda y daños en el pretil, por lo que es posible su colapso
.
Mientras, en la celda de Judas y las salas de cuadros, de vidrio, de olla y de Priora hay fisuras horizontales en aplanado de muros
. En el área de noviciado, la arcada presenta dos fisuras profundas que se sugiere apuntalar para evitar el desplome
.
No obstante la apertura reciente, a cargo del gobierno morenovallista, los museos del Ejército y Fuerza Aérea Mexicana (Reforma 1305) y el Regional de Cholula (Calle 14 Poniente 307) presentan daños considerables, según el reporte oficial.
En el primero todas las salas presentan fisuras sobre revestimiento de los muros
, además de que las anclas de la estructura metálica que sostiene la techumbre del patio principal se desprendieron
. Hay también fisuras en el acceso, en las escaleras y cocina, a la par que la asta bandera presenta una inclinación hacia el edificio.
Del segundo, en el acceso principal, la espadaña de fachada exterior se cayó y el escombro quedó sobre losa catalana de pórtico de acceso, la cual presenta daño estructural y podría colapsar
. En las salas se observan fisuras en muros y revestimientos.
En la zona de La Constancia, que este año tuvo daños por las lluvias, en los museos de no más de tres años de haber sido inaugurados hay fisuras en muros y fachadas, desprendimientos de cristales y roturas en las losas de los pisos.
En el Caserío alto hay daños en elementos arquitectónicos y mamposterías; el Museo Casa de Títeres Marionetas Mexicanas presenta desprendimientos, fisuras generales y una grieta en el remate arquitectónico de la fachada principal que podría desprenderse; y en el Museo Infantil que ocupa una construcción de 1835 hay daños, sin riesgo de colapso, con fisuras en muros y aplanados.
En el Museo Casa de Música de Viena –dañado por las lluvias– hay fisuras en diversos espacios, particularmente donde está la maquinaria que pueden ser de consideración
. En el Museo Música Mexicana Rafael Tovar y de Teresa se indica que no existe daño alguno
, lo mismo el Museo del Automóvil de Puebla construido en 2016 del que se despegaron cristales y se estrelló el piso de cerámica. Mientras que en la Fototeca y la Fonoteca, ha fisuras superficiales, no obstante la Bóveda de acervo de Fonoteca tiene una fisura en unión de muros
